- Shipping Charges
a. Orders below AED 250: A flat shipping fee of AED 20 will be applied to orders with a total value of less than AED 250.
b. Orders over AED 250: We offer free shipping on orders with a total value of AED 250 or more.
- Shipping Methods
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of your orders. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout based on your location within the UAE.
- Order Processing and Shipping Time
a. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12:00 PM (UAE time) on business days (Sunday to Thursday) will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 12:00 PM (UAE time) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
b. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time depends on your location within the UAE and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
- Shipping Restrictions
We currently only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes.
