- Returns and Exchanges
a. Coffee Beans: Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for coffee beans once they have been opened or used. However, if you receive coffee beans that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
b. Merchandise: We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise such as coffee brewing equipment, accessories, and merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds
a. Coffee Beans: If you receive coffee beans that are damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement upon verification of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Merchandise: If you return merchandise in accordance with our return policy, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
- Cancellation
Orders for coffee beans and merchandise cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed on our website.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please notify the delivery carrier and us immediately. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.
